Creepy-Sleepy-Hidin' Biden needs a telepromter for even the simpliest of questions.  His 'handlers' have become his brain, his thoughts and words.  His staff denies or refuses to answer if he uses a teleprompter to answer questions on interviews from his basement playpen.  Not only can you see that he is reading off a teleprompter by his reactionsand wording but the other day he held up a picture and you could cearly see a reflection of the telepromter on the pictures glass.
